Who we are
Crawling through dusty manholes and cable pits in the heat of a Brisbane summer is not a job for everyone. For Tony Webb and the team at Webby's, it is just another day at the office.
Webby's is the accredited installer of fibre optic cable for Brisbane City Council and Energex, and holds a four-year contract with Brisbane City Works for traffic signals and fibre optic installations. From the smallest data cabling to 33kV power and 2400-pair Telstra cables - no job is too large or too small.

Why Webby's
Half the manpower, same result. Where the industry runs eight-man hauling crews, our highly trained teams achieve the same outcome with four - more competitive and more responsive.
Nights and weekends, without the premium. We work outside normal hours in the toughest conditions to avoid traffic and pedestrian risk on Brisbane's busiest streets.
On site next day. No need for expensive machinery and idle staff - in many cases a call to Webby's has a crew on site the very next day.
Among the highest-trained in the industry. Accredited in traffic and pedestrian control by Energex, with training reviewed and updated by Easytrain.

Tony Webb started hauling cable with VisionStream in 1992 before going out on his own in 2002. Based on Brisbane's north, Webby's Pty Ltd has grown quickly and now runs multiple crews servicing customers throughout Queensland and New South Wales.
Tony puts the company's success down to the flexibility and efficiency of his team and their commitment to customer service - installing cable in one of Australia's fastest-growing cities, with short deadlines and limited access to parking and ducts.
"Others in the industry use an eight-man crew for cable hauling. Our highly trained and motivated teams achieve the same results with half the manpower - not only more competitive, but more responsive to customer demands."
Tony Webb - Managing Director
Safety First
"When you enter a confined space, you want to know that the safety observer above you and your crew has only your safety on their mind."
The Webby's team has a close and respectful working relationship built through regular training and team-building. Our training is reviewed and updated by Easytrain, the Energex training entity, to comply with Australian Standards.
